"Less than 10% of strategies effectively formulated are effectively executed" - Fortune Magazine

The simple reason for this is that organisations do not manage their strategy. Oriel tracks the execution of strategy by actively governing change within your orgainisation. Once a strategy has been formulated, it must be translated into operational change initiatives that are aligned to your stratgeic objectives and key performance indicators. These initiatives must be managed throughout their life to ensure that they deliver their planned benefits, and contribute to achieving your strategy. Oriel is the software tool that will enable you to execute your strategy effectively.

Executives

Senior executives need to be able to steer a steady path when it comes to delivering the strategic agenda. To do this, a single view of change is needed.

Change in all its guises is vital to delivering your strategy and improving business performance. Having a good strategy is one thing, but unless it is successfully executed it is worthless. Delivering a strategy doesn’t just happen by carrying out a selection of projects, they need to be the right projects, correctly aligned with the strategy in order to deliver maximum value to your organisation.

Oriel provides a real-time transparent view of whole of the change portfolio. By collecting and tracking strategy, programme and project information, Oriel provides intelligent insights into the strategic value of this inherently complex mix of information.

Prioritisation – Prioritising the project portfolio will provide allow you to focus on projects that will get the best results from the often limited pools of resource, time and money. You choose what factors to select and Oriel will prioritise the projects accordingly, and provide a narrative to explain the logic for its results.
